Scandent shrub or perennial evergreen woody climber with leaves 170mm x 80mm pubescent on nerves beneath & slightly coriaceous. Tomentose terminal cymes with bracts to 7mm & bracteoles to 1mm, 40mm long flowers, 5 sepals 2mm long with tube to 1mm, 5 petals 19mm long with villous tube to 35mm
