Scandent tomentose shrub or perennial deciduous woody climber with glabrescent stems. Glabrous leaves to 120mm x 47mm. Terminal or axillary panicles to 300mm with bracts to 1.2mm of greenish or white flowers, males to 3.5mm, females to 2mm, 5 puberulent sepals to 1.75mm x 1mm, 5 petals 2.75mm x 1.75mm. Verrucose red fruit to 5mm x 5mm
