Tendril vine with hirsute stems. Angulate or 5-lobed hirsute denticulateleaves to 100mm long. 5-15 flowered staminate racemes, greenish flowers, valyx to 8mm wide with teeth 2mm long, villous corolla 7mm long & bristly fruit to 40mm x 20mm, spines to 18mm long.
