Twining woody liana with glabrous branches, puberulous branchlets. Coriaceous leaves to 150mm x 80mm, glabrous above & pilose-puberulent beneath. Lateral fascicles of greenish to white flowers, greenish-white petals 5mm long, pulverulent outside, glabrous within. Red fruits.
