Herbaceous glabrous rhizomatous twiner with glabrous stems, leaves to 85mm x 60mm, glabrous above, hairy beneath. Solitary or axillary panicles to 120mm long with bracts to to 1.5mm and bracteoles, male yellowish-green 2mm flowers spotted brownish, brownish-yellow fruit freckled purple-brown to 27mm long with 12mm wide wings
