Fruiting Times
High-twining tendril liana with hairy stems becoming glabrate. Trifoliate hairy foliage becoming glabrescent to 100mm x 70mm, pilose beneath. Racemes to 460mm long with bracts to 12mm long, of red or purple flowers 18mm x 16mm with mild sweet odour, tomentulose calyx with tube 8mm long, banner to 15mm long, wings to 20mm long. Glabrate brown fruits with irritating orange hairs 100mm x 60mm.
