Twiner with strigillose stems. Trifoliate leaves mostly glabrous above & hispid beneath to 100mm x 50mm. Inflorescence with bracts to 2.5mm long & bractlets to 3mm long. Purple to pink flowers with whitish keel, calyx to 17mm long with lowest tooth to 10m long, bealed keel to 25mm long. Brown fruits
