Scandent woody vine to 10m with lenticellate glabrous stems. Trifoliate leaves with ferrugineus villous leaflets to 200mm x 130mm. Ferrugineus pubescent racemes to 400mm long with bract 7mm long. Pink flowers to 25mm long, calyx 15mm long ferrugineus pubescent outside & villous within, 3 lower teeth to 7mm x 5mm, 2 upper teeth 6mm long, Standard petal 25mm long, claw 7mm long, wings 8mm across, keel 8mm long, 10mm wide. Woody pod ferrugineus pubescent becoming glabrescent to 180mm x 70mm
