Scrambling shrub or small tree with hairy branchlets, leaves coriaceous and glabrescent to 70mm x 30mm. Axillary inflorescence calyx tube to 3mm. Corolla red or crimson, pubescent outside to 23mm x 4mmwith lobes to 2.5mm.
