Extra-axillary or leaf-opposed solitary greenish-yellow flowers to 65mm with minute bracts, , tomentose sepals & petals, villous carpels. sepals to 10mm long, sepals to 10mm long, 6 greenish-yellow pubescent clawed petals to 80mm long, stems densely yellow-villous with lenticels, leaves to 170mm x 70mm glabrous above or sparsely pubescent on nerves & midrib, villous beneath, hairy beaked fruit to 40mm long with 2-4 joints
