Climbing herbaceous shrub, hairy stems hooked at apex. Trifoliate leaves with mucronate villous leaflets with white markings above to 55mm x 25mm. Axilalry & terminal pilose racemes with primary bracts to 8mm long & secondary bracts to 4.5mm long of violet flowers. Puberulent hispid calyx with lobes to 5mm long, standard petal 10mm x 9mm, wings 10mm x 3mm, keel 11mm x 4mm.
