Large glabrous twining woody liana or tree with lenticellate stems, glabrous lenticellate twigs. Leaves with 5-7 coriaceous leaflets, terminal leaflet to 145mm x 65mm. Axillary or rarely terminal glabrous pseudo-panicles to 220mm long with bracts to 1.6mm x 1.4mm, of 12mm pink flowers with white banner & wings, with bracts to 1mm x 0.6mm & bracteoles to 0.9mm x 0.3mm, , hairy brown calyx to 4mm long, tube 3mm, lobes to 0.3mm x 2.7mm, whitish or pinkish corolla with glabrous pink petals, claw to 3.5mm long, standard to 9mm x 7.5mm, wings to 9mm x 2.2mm, keel to 7.3mm x 3.1mm. , Fruit a glabrous winged glabrous legume 150mm x 40mm, 2 wings to 10mm across.
