Large woody climber, bushy creeper or scandent deciduous perennial sometimes tree with spreading branches, imparipinnate leaves to 21 foliolate glabrous above, hairy beneath 80mm long, leaflets 16mm x 8mm, axillary & terminal pubescent panicles of white or pale blue to pale purple-red flowers 7mm long, villous calyx 3mm long with lobes 1.5mm x 1.5mm, standard 7mm diameter, wings 3mm across, keel 4mm across, glabrous slightly coriaceous 110mm long x 40mm seedpods
