Woody climber to 11m. Coriaceous leaves to 140mm x 55mm with a hairy mid-rib. Axillary glabrous racemes, greenish-white flowers with light green calyx, corolla whitish inside. Fleshy brown hairy fruit to 40mm x 25mm.
