Red to black glabrous fruit to 10mm, glabrous herbaceous tendril climber, striated glabrous stems, 5-foliolate leaves glabrous both surfaces, terminal leaflet 100mm x 25mm, cymes to 100mm across of pale yellow flowers with green tips to 3mm long, glabrous calyx to 1mm across, corolla to 3mm long,4 petals, glabrous black berry to 9mm
