Glabrous slender tuberous twining shrub to 2m, with glabrous or hairy stems. Sparsely pubescent or glabrous leaves to 200mm x 100mm. Axillary cymes, racemes or corymbs to 70mm of greenish-white flowers 5mm x 8mm, sepals to 2mm x 1mm, greenish-white corolla 5.5mm x 8mm across, lobes to 5mm, white corona 4mm high. Spiny reddish follicles to 125mm long x 37.5mm.
