Yellow-hairy slender woody climber to 5m, eventually glabrescent, pubescent leaves to 140mm x 100mm. Axillary thyrses 45mm x 8mm yellowish pubescent, male flowers with 4 sepals 2mm long pilose outside, corolla 0.25mm long, female inflorescence similar to male but larger, with 2 sepals pilose outside 1mm long, 2 fleshy petals 0.25mm long, hairy drupe 5mm diameter with 6 rows of tubercules
