Fruiting Times
Scandent shrub to 4.5m, tree or liana, recurved or drooping branches rusty-tomentose. Denticulated leaves to 150mm x 75mm scabrous or pilose above, rusty-tomentose beneath. Terminal & axillary scabrous or hispid spikes, racemes or panicles to 300mm long with spikes to 80mm x 8mm of white to yellowish flowers, whitish calyx with rusty hairs 4mm x 3mm glabrous inside, white corolla to 8mm long glabrous outside villous inside, throat of corolla pilose. Red to black fruit, 4mm long, old petioles become spinescent
