Liana or scandent shrub, glabrescent branches. Imparipinnate leaves to 270mm long with 1-4 pairs of coriaceous leaflets to 170mm x 50mm, glabrous above & glabrescent beneath. Axillary & terminal panicles to 300mm long with tomentose bracts & bracteoles to 5mm long. Yellow flowers, sepals to 5mm x 1mm pubescent outside glabrous within, glabrous petals to 8mm long. Brown-pubescent fruit to 42.5mm x 22.5mm with minute beak.
