Fruiting Times
Large woody shrub or liana with puberulous young branches & glabrous leaves to 200mm x 100mm, pilose on upper midrib. Terminal & axillary woolly upright spikes to 500mm long with bracts to 5mm long, green & orange to red flowers, faintly scented, 5-lobed tomentose calyx to 40mm long with 5 teeth, tube to 10mm x 9mm, 5 red petals. 5-ridged pale green fruits 60mm x 20mm.
