Fruiting Times
Sometimes climbing tomentose vine or erect herb or shrub to 3m. Pilose branchlets, trifoliate leaves with leaflets to 70mm x 20mm, glabrous above & tomentulose beneath. Racemes of bright red or purple flowers with a white centre, in a cross-like axillary inflorescence (4 flowers at right angles), pubescent calyx to 20mm long, corolla to 30mm long, standard pilose outside. reddish-brown tomentose legume 75mm x 14mm.
