Fruiting Times
Glabrous evergreen semi-woody perennial multi-branched tendril vine to 9m with pubescent stems, hook-shaped tendrils. Mucronate glabrous pinnate leaves in 2-3 pairs, leaflets to 130mm x 60mm. Inflorescence with 2 pinnate bracts, 70mm fragrant green becoming purple flowers, mucronate calyx lobes to 35mm x 30mm, corolla to 60mm x 50mm. Oval capsule to 85mm long. Variegated leaved forms are known, mucronate ciliated leaflets
