Twining slender woody climber or subshrub covered in stinging hairs, most parts densely yellow-villous, with green flowers males to 5mm, female to 10mm long, fruit 15mm x 7mm 20mm long villous racemes of 4mm male flowers, female flowers to 7mm, female peianth with 6 lobes, fruit a villous capsule to 10mm diameter
