Hemi-epiphytic twining woody liana or scandent tree with coriaceous leaves to 180mm x 80mm. Many-flowered terminal 80mm long to 200mm long inflorescences, male inflorescence to 100mm long, flowers with 5-6 sepals to 6mm long. Panicles of orange-white flowers to10mm long. Dull purple fruit to 30mm long, greenish to greenish-red to brownish-maroon.
