Small woody liana with slightly tetragonal branches. Leaves to 150mm x 80mm with deciduous pubescence. Axillary racemes to 250mm long with bracts to 5mm x 2mm, flowers 8mm long with green calyx 4mm wide with 2mm long & lobes 1mm long, greenish or cream corolla with tube 4mm x 3mm, 5 lobes to 3mm long. Dark brown drupe to 9mm x 9mm.
