Deciduous or semi-evergreen glabrescent woody vine with pinnate 5-foliolate leaves, leaflets to 70mm x 60mm, sometimes 2-3 lobed. Axillary or terminal many-flowered cymes or panicles to 150mm long with bracts, 30mm fragrant white flowers, 4 sepals, puberulent achenes to 10mm long
