Woody climbing vine with pubescent branches. Pinnatisect leaves with 3, 5 or 7 toothed leaflets occasionally 3-lobed pubescent or glabrescent above, pubescent beneath. Axillary or terminal many-flowered cymes or axillary panicles of fragrant creamy-white flowers, 20mm diameter, sepals silky outside. Achenes to 3mm.
