Liana with silky striate glabrescent stems & simple tendrils. Leaves to 180mm x 93mm with denticulate margins, silky both surfaces. Cymes to 19mm x 21mm with glabrous bracts to 1mm long. Red flowers with calyx to 1.4mm x 2.5mm
