Prostrate or scandent to 3.3m with glabrous striate stems, simple tendrils. 3 leaflets to 40mm x 10mm with dentate margins. 12-20 flowered cymes, red flowers, 5-lobed calyx, calyx tube to 0.5mm long, 4 petals to 2mm long. Berry 3mm x 2.5mm.
