Fruiting Times
Twiner to 10m with striate pilose stems with white hairs becoming glabrate. Mucronate silky white pubescent or glabrate leaves to 150mm x 120mm. Male inflorescence a many-flowered axillary raceme or cymose panicle to 150mm long, flowers yellowish-green or dark purple, mucronate green bracts to 16mm x 20mm with pilose bracteoles to 0.5mm, 6-12 flowers, 4 sepals to 2.4mm x 1.3mm, glabrous corolla to 1.4mm wide x 0.8mm. Pistillate inflorescence an axillary fascicle with mucronate bracts to 25mm x 30mm, flowers with 1 sepals to 1.6mm x 1.1mm & 1 glabrous petal to 0.9mm x 1.1mm. Orange-red pilose drupes with striped margins to 7mm x 5mm with persistent bracts.
