Treelet to 1.4m with lianescent branches, branchlets with axillary thorns to 14mm long. Pubescent leaves to 135mm x 65mm. Axillary cymes of 1-4 flowers, densely white-hairy, with 2-4 bracts to 12mm long, Flowers with calyx to 4mm long & lobes to 10,, x 1.3mm, yellowush-white corolla to 24.5mm long, tube to 20mm x 1mm, 2mm wide at mouth, lobes to 5mm x 1.5mm. Purple drupe to 18mm x 7mm with persistent green calyx.
