Twiner with glabrous stems, leaves to 80mm x 40mm glabrous both sides, umbels with bracts to 5mm long, glabrous sepals to 6mm long ,glabrous corolla tube to 20mm long & 3mm diameter at base 10mm diameter at mouth, corolla lobes to 10mm long with purple hairs in upper part otherwise glabrous or with white hairs inside, outside corolla sulphur -yellow spotted blood red, base of corolla tube yellowish, remainder purple spotted yellow-brown on cream background, upper part blackish-purple, glabrous outer corona with 10 lobes with long hair on margin, inner corona lobes 2mm long & glabrous
