Glabrous half-succulent twiner with striated stems. Leaves to 50mm x 20mm. 25mm long dark purple mottled flowers in short peduncular umbellate cymes with bracts to 5mm long of up to 6 flowers, creamy-white botched on tube with dark purple lobes, calyx 3mm long, corolla tube to 22mm x 1.5mm with inflated base 5mm wide, corolla lobes to 7mm long, leaves of outer corona to 2mm long, inner corona 2.25mm.
