Twining semi-evergreen glabrous tuberous succulent, glabrous 4-angled stem. Glabrous coriaceous dentate fleshy leaves to 45mm x 20mm. 2-3 flowered lateral inflorescence with glabrous bracts and bracteoles to 2mm long, 40mm green or yellow-white flowers with brown markings, glabrous sepals 4mm long, corolla 3mm long, corolla tube whitish or greenish spotted blackish-purple covered with purple hairs 30mm long with mouth 20mm diameter, emerald green corolla lobes to 12mm with long blackish-purple spot pilose within with yellow spot at base, dark purple hairs, outer whitish coronal lobes horizontal & glabrous 3mm long with 5 small pockets, inner coronal lobes glabrous yellowish & 3x as long as outer lobes. Fruit to 100mm
