Robust herbaceous twiner, glabrous stems. Leaves 50mm x 25mm glabrous both sides, lateral cymes with minute bracts, 20mm green-white flowers dotted maroon, top green-maroon, glabrous purple-dotted sepals to 4mm x 1mm, curved corolla tube 25mm long with mouth 12mm diameter white at base & light green in middle suphur-yellow with purple spots at top, hairy inside & glabrous outside, corolla lobes 20mm long sulphur-yellow veined purple-brown with white hairs at margins, 5-lobed outser corona 2mm long, lobes 1.3mm long covered with white hairs inside, inner coronal lobes 3mm long purple-brown at base & yellow above with purplish tips
