Tuberous twiner, glabrous thread-like stems. corm-like roots. Glabrous leaves 60mm x 32mm, umbels with minute bracts, 25mm green flowers with reddish tinge & purple-red inside, glabrous sepals 2mm long, glabrous bent corolla, tube 20mm x 4mm diameter, greenish-white tinged dull purple, hairy inside in upper part, corolla lobes 7mm long, green & blackish-purple covered with hairs on inner face, white outer corona 1mm long with 10 lobes, white inner coronal lobes 2.5mm long
