Scandent musky smelling shrub or herb with dentate leaves to 350mm x 180mm glabrous above scurfy beneath. Axillary inflorescence with bracteoles to 20mm long, cream to pale green flowers to 50mm long, purple inside to 80mm long, sepals 20mm long, corolla tube to 21mm long x to 7mm wide with upper lobes 40mm x 8mm, lower lobes 25mm x 7mm, filament tube to 47mm long, fruit 17mm x 12mm
