Scandent or erect epiphytic herb or sprawling subshrub with glabrous stems. Serrate coriaceous leaves to 130mm x 70mm glabrous above pubescent beneath. Axillary inflorescence to 350mm long with bracteoles, sepals to 6mm long, salmon-pink to bright carmine-red flowers to 50mm long with tube 30mm long x 1.5mm, lobes 11.5mm x 2.5mm, glabrous filament tube to 32mm long, white berry 10mm diameter
