Bifid or trifid tendril monoecious climber with hairy stems. 3-5 lobed leaves to 120mm x 90mm. Pale green to whitish axillary male flowers, male inflorescence to 30mm long, sepals to 3mm x 3mm, petals to 20mm x 10mm. White female flowers on axillary groups of 1-2, sepals to 7mm x 1mm, petals to 10mm x 10mm. Glabrescent fruit to 40mm x 25mm, orange ripening red.
