Herbaceous monoecious tendril climber or creeper with glabrescent stems. 3-5 foliolate leaves to 150mm x 60mm. Simple tendrils. Greenish-yellow flowers, yellow inside. Axillary male flowers with sepals to 5mm x 1.5mm, petals to 7mm x 4mm. Axillary pistillate flowers, sepals to 2mm x 1mm, petals to 5mm x 2mm. Glabrescent 23mm long x 15mm fruit maturing orange-red.
