Hemi-epiphytic erect or scandent shrub with mostly glabrous stems. Glabrescent leaves to 150mm x 50mm. Inflorescence of 6-19 flowers, red or purple-red floral bracts to 35mm with bracteoles to 5mm, calyx 11mm with tube to 5mm & lobes to 2mm, white or red-purple corolla to 38mm with lobes to 2mm. Berry 13mm diameter.
