Scrambler or heraceous vine with bifid or trifid tendrils, branchlets with longitudinal ridges, hairy when young. 3-foliolate leaves, glabrous leaflets, central leaflet to 50mm x 25mm with crenulate-serrate margins. Axillary cymose dichasium of white flowers. Green fruits to 10mm diameter.
