Partial climber or small suckering herb with 4-angled slightly toothed stems to 600mm. Leaves to 6mm long. 2-4 flowered axillary inflorescence or solitary flowers, flowers with purple stripes on whitish background inside to 110mm long, glabrous sepals 3mm long, glabrous dark purple-brown corolla with tube 8mm x 6mm or whitish striped dark purple, glabrous dark purple lobes 6mm x 2mm, outer corona with 10 teeth 4mm long, inner corona with 5 teeth 3mm long.
