Fruiting Times
Erect or lianoid glabrous shrub or tree to 10m. Coriaceous glabrous leaves to 150mm x 13mm. Terminal or lateral inflorescence of orange or pinkish-yellow flowers, calyx lobes to 7mm x 2mm, corolla tube to 40mm x 15mm with lobes to 45mm long, very sweetly scented. Fruit a bright red drupe 50mm wide.
