Liana, woody vine or shrub with glabrate stems. Leaves to 70mm x 35mm, glabrate above, silky beneath. Axillary pseudo-racemes to 30mm long, yellow flowers with bracts to 1.5mm long & bracteoles to 0.8mm long, sepals to 2mm long, fimbriate petals to 3.7mm x 3mm with claw to 1.7mm long. Greenish-yellow fruit, samara with wings 10mm x 18mm.
