Fruiting Times
Large spiny woody climbing vine, glabrous twigs, recurves spines to 6mm x 7mm. Coriaceous glabrous leaves to 180mm x 85mm. Axillary or terminal umbels of 3 to 20 pinkish strongly fragrant flowers, sepals to 20mm, petals white 27mm x 8mm. Fruit deep purple to 55mm diameter.
