Twining robust herb to 8m with pilose young stems. Trifoliolate pilose leaves, leaflets to 140mm x 85mm. Axillary raceme to 200mm long with bracts & bracteoles, many magenta flowers, calyx to 13mm long, standard petal to 20mm x 18mm. legume to 200mm long.
