Liana or erect herb to 2m with puberulent stems & branches. Puberulent leaves to 55mm x 30mm with revolute crenate margins. Axillary 2-6-flowered cymes with bracts & bracteoles, pubescent calyx lobes to 5mm x 3.5mm, yellow corolla, glabrous upper lip 2mm long & puberulent lower lip to 118mm x 12mm.
