Fruiting Times
Thicket-forming climbing rattan palm to 15m. Sheaths with black spines to 20mm long. Large leaves to 2.5m long including 1m long cirrus, 20 lwaflets per side, leaflets to 400mm x 30mm with bristly margins. Female spadix to 500mm long armed with spines. Yellowish-brown fruit to 28mm x 20mm with red secretion.
