Fruiting Times
Clustering climbing rattan palm to with scandent stems to 40m or more. Sheaths with spines to 60mm long. Leaves to 2.5m long including cirrus 1m long with hooks on margins & spines. About 20 leaflets per side to 400mm x 25mm, leaflets with spiny margins. Inflorescene to 600mm long with spiny bracts, armed female spadix to 800mm long. Beaked yellow-brown fruit tinged red to 16mm x 12mm.
